Beautiful and functional pottery and decorative sculptural tableaux by Jane Pickett.
Jane produces a range of functional pots using red earthenware clay thrown on a kick- wheel. The pots are decorated using traditional slipware techniques, metal oxides and raw-glazed with clear and iron glazes. She also produces individual, sculptural tableaux in the style of Staffordshire flatbacks, decorated and glazed as per the domestic ware.
