Baaa - Sheep Seat by Elizabeth Cadd

Elizabeth grew up in Ellesmere Port on the Wirral. She has studied and lived throughout the Midlands, working as a Freelance Web & Graphic Designer, Pattern Designer, gardener, hedgelayer and craft maker. She has been based in rural North Shropshire for the past 8 years. 

Elizabeth's original pieces of sculptural greenwood furniture combine a knowledge of traditional rural crafts skills with contemporary design. She makes her furniture in woodlands using only hand tools, fresh timber and an eye for finding interesting natural shapes in the wood.

Elizabeth's sheep seat has Greenwood turned ash legs on a poplar seat and steam bent sweet chestnut back hoopsand is available for sale at the Gallery.
